Biography
Sandra Hamel holds the Leadership Chair in Biostatistics and Analytical Development in the Biology Department at Université Laval. Her research program aims to quantify ecological processes describing interactions between biotic, abiotic and anthropogenic factors in population and ecosystem dynamics. It also aims to compare analytical approaches between different systems, in order to provide recommendations to guide ecological research, and to carry out comparative analyses in an attempt to generalize case studies.
